Here comes another I Love Liz post...

I just got up from the computer and walked back to the sewing room, passing the bedroom where the dogs are all still in "jail" and sound asleep. Well, almost all of them are...Liz was awake and sitting very still, just looking around. Bless her heart. She had been barking a little, but it was the "I just woke up and don't know where I am" bark rather than the "I am about to leave a present on the carpet, you'd best let me out" bark. I went into the sewing room and as I came back out she noticed that I was there. The look of surprise on her face is priceless. Even if she gets that look five times in a row because she looks away and forgets I'm there in between...it's just so cute. Ears perked, eyes wide...I can almost hear her saying, "Oh! Mommy! THERE you are!!"

I love that old Lizard.
